RTT source candidates at no cost, and work hard to get the right apprentices for us. For young people, it's difficult to get into good jobs without an Apprenticeship, as there is so much competition for every position. We'd definitely look to RTT to source us more apprentices in the future.

Our vacancy matching team conduct thorough candidate screening activity in order to provide you with a shortlist of young people matching your criteria. How is it delivered?

The apprentice will be assessed for just 3 hours per month. The Apprenticeship is broken into 4 elements; Employment Rights, a relevant NVQ, Key/Functional Skills, and a Technical Certificate, taking 9-10 months to complete.
